Mr. Witzel owns <br />Mobile Maintenance, Inc, a handyman service that specializes in the repair and service on <br />manufactured home on the lots where they are located. Mr. Witzel currently resides at 925 <br />Evergreen Trail in Lino Lakes and is considering moving to 180 Pine Street. <br /> <br />ANALYSIS <br /> <br />Zoning and Land Use <br /> <br />The parcel is zoned R-Rural and allows for a Home Occupation Permit Level C with a <br />conditional use permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
