Does the Plan include documentation that the plan has been formally adopted by the governing <br />body of the jurisdiction requesting approval? 44 CFR 201.6(c)(5) <br />REQUIREMENT LOCATION <br />a. The plan must include documentation of plan adoption, <br />usually a resolution by the governing body or other authority. <br /> <br />In Minnesota, the county passes a formal resolution to adopt <br />the plan.
