CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16-151 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE <br />AGREEMENT WITH FOREST LAKE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT #831 <br />(LINO LAKES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL RENOVATION) <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has completed the review of the conditional use permit amendment and <br />site plan review for the Lino Lakes Elementary School Renovation located at 725 Main Street; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1007.020(5)(d) of the Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance requires the execution <br />of a site improvement performance agreement prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that <br />the Site Improvement Performance Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and Forest Lake <br />Independent School District #831 is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are <br />authorized to execute such agreements on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of June, 2017. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
