She found the tone of the letter threatening and the <br /> 20 content not accurate (as far as when the pumping is required). <br /> 21 <br /> 22 The council directed city staff to investigate and report back on Ms. McDougal's concern. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 SETTING THE AGENDA <br /> 25 <br /> 26 The agenda was approved as presented. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Council Member Roeser moved to approve Consent Item A and D, as presented. Council Member <br /> 31 O'Donnell seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve Consent Items B and C as presented. Council <br /> 34 Member Rafferty seconded the motion.
