The <br /> 19 council concurred to discuss the matter at the October 3, 2011 work session. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 SETTING THE AGENDA <br /> 22 <br /> 23 The agenda was approved as presented. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Council Member Roeser moved to approve Consent Agenda Items 1A, 1C, 1D, 1E, and 1F as <br /> 28 presented. Council Member Gallup seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve Consent Item 1B as presented. Council Member <br /> 31 Roeser seconded the motion.
