(Item <br />18 6A). He asked for further explanation. City Planner Larsen showed Mr. Williams, using a site map, <br />19 where the easement would be moved. <br />20 <br />21 SETTING THE AGENDA <br />22 <br />23 The agenda was approved as presented. <br />24 <br />25 SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br />26 <br />27 A) Introduction of 2017-2018 Lino Lakes Ambassadors —Barb Culp of the Lino Lakes <br />28 Ambassadors Program gave a review of the program and introduced the newly selected <br />29 representatives - Emily Nadeau, Maddie Beilby, and Kaiya Carlson. They each addressed the council <br />30 giving information on ambassador program events, past and future. Mayor Reinert commended the <br />31 program and thanked the ambassadors for representing the city. <br />32 B) Proclamation —September 17-23 —United States Constitution Week, Daughters of the <br />33 American Revolution, Anoka County Chapter —Mayor Reinert read the proclamation. <br />34 <br />35 CONSENT AGENDA <br />36 <br />37 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items 1 A through 1 E, as <br />38 presented. Council Member Manthey seconded the motion.
