Staff has prepared a fund balance policy that <br /> 76 complies with the statement requirements. The policy has been reviewed by the city's auditor. He <br /> 77 noted that, based on council discussion at the work session previous to the council meeting regarding <br /> 78 this item, the fund balance figure has been changed. <br /> 79 <br /> 80 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve the Fund Balance Policy as presented. Council Member <br /> 81 Roeser seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br /> 82 <br /> 83 ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT REPORT <br /> 84 <br /> 85 3A, Public Hearing and First Reading of Ordinance No. 22-11, approving the 2012 City Fee <br /> 86 Schedule—City Clerk Bartell noted that For efficiency and clarity, city fees are consolidated into one <br /> 87 schedule that is adopted annually. The 2012 proposed fee schedule is before the council and <br /> 88 it includes two staff recommended changes that are noted in red in the ordinance. The changes are in <br /> 2 <br />
