The <br /> 113 ordinance has been reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Board (forwarded without recommendation) <br /> 114 and the Economic Development Advisory Committee (approved) and is presented for second reading <br /> 115 and passage. That payment, along with a small deduct for a change <br /> 126 order, would bring the project in below the original contracted amount.
