It has been determined that <br /> 129 the additional antennae will not interfere with existing facilities atop that tower. Staff is recommending <br /> 130 approval of a resolution authorizing execution of a lease agreement with Clear Wireless as proposed. <br /> 131 <br /> 132 Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve Resolution No. 09-119 as presented.
