(Yeas—Gallup, Roeser; Nays—O'Donnell, Rafferty, Reinert) 95 96 3C) Consider Memorandum of Understanding extending AFSCME Local 2454 labor 97 agreement for one year with negotiated amendments (Postponed 12/28/2009) 98 99 Council Member Gallup moved to approve the Memorandum of Understanding extending the 100 AFSCME 2454 labor agreement with the amendments negotiated with the union. Council Member 101 Roeser seconded the motion. 102 The business representative of AFSCME Local 2454 asked to address the council. The mayor 103 indicated that the council was not taking public comment on this item this evening. 104 105 Motion lost on a voice vote. Motion adopted on a unanimous voice vote. 119 120 PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT REPORT, DAVE PECCHIA 121 122 There was no report from the Public Safety Department. 123 124 PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT REPORT, RICK DEGARDNER 125 126 5A) Consider Resolution No. 09-119, Approving Clear Wireless LLC Communication Site 127 Lease Agreement—Public Services Director DeGardner reported that Clear Wireless LLC is proposing 128 to lease antenna space on top of the city's water tower at 7470 4th Av NE. It has been determined that 129 the additional antennae will not interfere with existing facilities atop that tower. Staff is recommending 130 approval of a resolution authorizing execution of a lease agreement with Clear Wireless as proposed. 131 132 Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve Resolution No. 09-119 as presented. Council Member 133 Roeser seconded the motion. Motion adopted on a unanaimous voice vote. 3
