Page -3- October 18, 1978 <br />Mr. Gourley asked the Clerk to write to Mr. Robinson and ask for a certificate of Survey. <br />Mr. Gourley offered his apology to the Board regarding the El Rehbein & Son variance request. <br />He was not aware of all the other elements involved in this request. <br />Mr. Gourely asked if Chief Myhre has checked on the construction trailer on Lake Drive. <br />The Clerk said she had given him the message and he felt he could not enforce this ordinance. <br />Mr. Gourley said Chief Myhre should let the Planning and Zoning Board know if he feels he <br />cannot so that it can be changed. <br />New Business <br />Mr. Gourley noted that Moline Concrete has extended its area to the north and placed one <br />or two culverts on 4th Avenue for driveways to the expanded area. <br />The Clerk was instructed to pull the file on Moline Concrete and find the original approved <br />plan. Mr. Volk and Mr. Mobley are to check the area to see how far it has expanded and to <br />see if the street is being misused. This matter will be considered at the November meeting. <br />Mr. Shearen asked if anything else has happendd regarding hunting restrictions. The Clerk <br />said she felt it would come up again at Council. <br />Mr. Bohjanen moved to adjourn at 9:40 P.M. Mrs. Schwankl seconded the motion. Aye. <br />
