Page -3- <br />September 21, 1977 <br />Mr. Nadeau asked where in Ordinance #56 is landscaping a permitted occupation. Mr. McLean <br />read a list of permitted occupations from page 19 of Ordinance #56. Further discussion <br />followed. <br />Mr. Gourley pointed out page 16, section B,2 of Ordinance #56 to the Clerk. He felt there <br />was a need to let all adjacent property owners know when a request for a Special Use Permit is <br />being considered. <br />Mr. Hill moved to recommend to the Council that park dedication in platted areas continue as <br />it is presently being computed and individual lots be handled on a direct fee basis by Council <br />action. Mr. Nadeau seconded the motion. Motion carried with Mr. Shearen voting, No. <br />Mr. Gourley noted that Dick's Small Engine Repair does not have a special use permit. The <br />Clerk was asked to mail an application to this business. <br />Mr. Shearen moved to adjourn at 9:45 P.M. Mr. Nadeau seconded the motion. Aye. <br />
