Page -4- March 16, 1977 <br />to clean their property. <br />Mr. Gourley asked the Clerk to ask Moline Concrete to appear at the April 20, 1977 meeting. <br />He also asked that Mr. Hendrickson be here. The Clerk was asked to provide the Board <br />with all the minutes pertaining to Moline Concrete as well as diagrams. <br />Mr. McLean asked the Board members to drive past the Moline property to familarize them- <br />selves with the situation. Mr. McLean asked that Mr. Volk also be there. <br />Mr. Reinert moved to have all the sign applications received because of the Building In- <br />spectors inspections last fall be turned over to Mr. Mobley and ask him to locate the <br />signs and show locations by a cartoon drawing and request the proper fee. The applic- <br />ations will be considered at the April 20, 1977 meeting. <br />Mr. Gourley said that Attorney Locher had informed him that Ordinance #21 is not specific <br />in what constitutes minimum footage on a lot. After further discussion it was decided <br />to contact Mr. Locher and have him comment in writing his recommendations as to how to <br />take care of this problem for the April 20th meeting. <br />Mr. Mobley's sign application was considered. The Clerk was instructed to bill Mr. Mobley <br />for the fee. Mr. Landers sign request was considered. The Board wanted to know what <br />the sign would say and where it will be located as well as a drawing showing the location <br />of the sign on the property. A fee of $10.00 is also due. <br />Mr. Byron's request for a sign at Skyline Auto Body was considered. The Clerk was asked <br />to write to Mr. Byron and ask him to make a drawing showing exactly where this sign is <br />to be located and what the sign will say and request the proper fee. <br />Mr. Reinert moved to table all three sign requests until further information is received. <br />Mr. Hill seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Gourley asked the Clerk to request Chief Myhre to make a written report to the Plann- <br />ing and Zoning Board on Skyline Auto Body, Sparkfewash and R & E Restoration. The Board <br />will consider the reports at the April 20, 1977 meeting. <br />Mr. Gourley asked the Clerk to ask the Clerk for a building permit for a pigeon house <br />on Totem Trail in Shenandoah. He understood the structure was in poor condition. <br />Mrs. Schwankl moved to adjourn at :IMO P.M. Mr. Reinert seconded the motion. Aye. <br />
