-.Page Three - <br />submitted for consideration. <br />February 19, 1977 <br />Mr. Tim Rehbine presented a proposed plat on lands located just South of Main <br />Street and East of Highway #8. He had sketched in the pvoposed lots. The <br />lots, as proposed by MR. Rehbine, only had 100' frontage. The Planning and <br />Zoning Board suggested this land be platted in one acre lots with 150' <br />frontage. Mr. Rehbine will re -sketch. <br />Mr. Rehbein also asked about the combination of some land south of a lot he <br />owns in Twilite Acres. He is purchasing a small parcel, combining with the <br />existing lot and then splitting into two parcels. The Planning and Zoning <br />Board could see no problems and asked that he get the legal and present for <br />consideration. <br />Mr. Short presented the Metropolitan Council Staff memorandum on the materials <br />submitted in conjunction with the interceptor. The Planning and Zoning Board <br />was in oposition to many of the statements. This memorandum will be presented <br />to the Physical Development Committee on Thursday, February 17, 1977. Mr. <br />Short, Mr. Locher and some of the Council members will attend that meeting. <br />Any member of this Board that can attend was urged to do so. <br />Mr. Short said the staff had backed off of the annual pumping of septic systems <br />will now ask for pumping each two years with an annula inspection. The <br />contents of the memorandum and the areas of disagreement was discussed. Mr. <br />Short will present these ideas to the Staff. <br />Mr. Shearen moved to adjourn at 11:25 P.M.
