- Page Three - November 17, 1976 <br />There are several parcels of land that are landlocked or unbuildable, due to size or <br />location. It was suggested Mr. Rehbein talk to the owner of this land and work out some <br />sort of trade for additional footage to make this access 66' wide as required by the <br />City Ordinances. Mr. Rehbein said he would see what could be done. <br />Under Old Business, Mr. Hill reported the trailer located on Highway #49 has been removed. <br />Under New Business, Mr. McLean presented a report on the progress of the Chain of Lakes <br />Park. A book with ajl recommendations and plans has been published. As a part of this <br />book is the Resolution and the Guide Lines for Development that was worked out by this <br />Board with the Anoka County Representatives. The book will be presented to the Anoka <br />County Commissioners next week and a formal presentation to the community will be at a <br />later date. <br />Chairman Gourley said he had forgotten the Minutes of October 27, 1976. Mr. Kelling moved <br />to approve as presented. Seconded by Mr. Shearen. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Chairman Gourley asked the meinbers to think .about a check list for the Clerk tc use when <br />people request Special use permits, variances, present plats, etc. This should be formulated <br />by this Board. <br />Mr. Nadeau moved to adjourn at 10:10 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Hill. Aye. <br />
