Page -3- July 21, 1976 <br />the end of October in order to have time for Council action before the December <br />deadline. <br />Ordinance #56 needs to be revised in three areas; 1) frontage on cul-de-sacs; <br />2) the 21 acre requirement; 3) front set backs are inconsistent. <br />The Council had asked the Planning and Zoning to develope a framework for house <br />numbering system. <br />All this work should be completed by the end of October inorder for the Planner <br />and the Engineer to have time to make possible recommendations for Council con- <br />sideration in November. Chairman Gourley suggested setting up special meetings <br />for the next several months in order to get this work completed. These special <br />meetings are for the purpose of working on the above projects only. After some <br />consideration, the following dates were tentatively set for extra meetings; Aug. <br />26, September 23, and October 28. Mr. Short and Mr. Gotwald are to be asked to <br />attend the first meeting in August to assist in establishing the.urban service <br />area as requested by the Metropolitan Council. <br />The Clerk was asked to provide a Park map, Soils map and City map along with <br />copies of the Comprehensive Land Use Pian. <br />Chairman Gourley asked that any member who finds he cannot attend one of the <br />regular or special meeting, please call either his home or the office. This <br />will give him an idea as to the expected attendance. <br />The attendance of Mr. Hill was discussed, with Mr. Shearen moving to have Mr. <br />Gourley contact Mr. Hill asking his availability for the meetings. Seconded <br />by Mr. Nadeau. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Shearen moved to adjorn at 10:45 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Nadeau. Aye. <br />
