Staff also reviewed the process for disposing of computer equipment. <br /> 45 <br /> 46 Item 6B), Pine Street Paving Improvements, i)Approving Paving Improvements <br /> 47 Joint Powers Agreement; and ii)Approving Maintenance Joint Powers Agreement; <br /> 48 and iii)Authorizing Preparation of Plans and Specifications—City Engineer Studenski <br /> 49 noted that the public hearing on the Pine Street Paving Improvement Project has been held <br /> 50 by the City of Columbus(recalling that the border of Columbus and Lino Lakes runs down <br /> 51 the center of Pine Street), and they have ordered the improvement, giving a green light for <br /> 52 the City to proceed with: a joint powers agreement on the improvement project(Columbus <br /> 53 will lead the planning effort); a maintenance agreement that pretty much mirrors the <br /> 54 current maintenance activities and situation; and an action ordering the preparation of plans <br /> 55 and specifications with authorization to proceed with the improvements so that the <br /> 56 assessment process move forward. <br /> 57 <br /> 58 Item 6C)2010 Street Maintenance Projects, i)Authorizing Preparation of Plans and <br /> 59 Specifications for the 2010 Overlay Project; ii)Authorizing Preparation of Plans <br /> 60 and Specifications for the 2010 Sealcoat Project—City Engineer Studenski noted that <br /> 61 staff is requesting authorization to prepare the plans and specifications for these two <br /> 62 elements of the city's annual road maintenance program.
