page Three - June 8, 1976 <br />Mr. Starr said the starting point is to adopt a Resolution to commit <br />the City to some variation of these regulations by December of 1976, <br />1) controls on density 2) on-site system controls and 3) a moratorium on <br />building permits. <br />Mr. McLean said the requirement for the City's Comprehensive Land Use <br />Plan to be reviewed annually. is in the process of being done - in these <br />requirements, is the Council now moving away from this requirement? <br />Mr. Starr said the Comprehensive Plan must be revised to meet the criteria <br />as set forth in the Land Use Planning Bill. <br />Mr. Barton reminded the Board this is done on a four year cycle basis. He <br />said the first two items should be completed by December of 1976. Item <br />#3 would depend on the systems statement and the City has three years to <br />receive and comply. He felt work on the comprehensive plan could begin <br />as soon as the system statment is received, submit the revisions to the <br />Metro Council for approval and then revise the comprehensive sewer plan <br />to conform. <br />The Clerk was instructed to request the Attorney, Engineer and Planner to <br />attend the Planning an41 Zoning Board meeting scheduled for June 16, 1976. <br />Mr. Barton suggested that he put together a draft Resolution for the <br />Planning and Zoning Board to respond to at their next meeting. <br />Mr. Gourley asked for comments from the audience and Council members and <br />there was none. <br />Mr. Kelling moved to adjourn at 9:00 P.M.
