-- <br />SEPTEMBER 17, 1975 <br />-2- <br />After more discussion, Mr. Shearan moved to recommend to the City Council <br />that this request for a Variance to Ordinance No. 21 A from Mr. and Mrs. <br />John Landers of 7181 Sunrise Avenue be granted with the stipulation that there <br />is to be no motorized vehicles parked in the drive at any time, in front of <br />the garage. Mr. Kelling seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />The next item for discussion was a request for a Variance to Ordinance No. <br />56 presented by Mr. and Mrs. Robert Robinson, 830 Oak Lane, Lino Lakes. <br />Mr. and Mrs. Robinson have sold their <br />stands 4'2" from the side lot line and <br />within 5 feet of the side lot lines.. <br />issued June 15, 1972; Number 307. At <br />was not questioned. <br />home at that location but the home <br />the Ordinance States:"...no structure <br />." The home was built in 1972, Permit <br />that time the location of this home <br />Ms. Maxine Boyer, the Realtor who is handling this sale for the Robinson's <br />was present representing them. She had take pictures for the side yard of <br />the Robinson's to show the relation to the next home at 866 Oak Lane. <br />There is approximately 107' from the two homes not including the overhang; if <br />the overhang is included in the measurments the distance is 103'. <br />Mr. Karth said that a lot 103' would not be wide enough to get a building <br />permit for at this time so there would be no problems there. <br />Mr. Kelling pointed out that if sewers ever went in in this area, then the <br />lots could be split but that it was unlikely. <br />After a brief discussion, Mr. Kelling moved to recommend to the Council <br />that this variance be granted for the property at 830 Oak Lane. Mr. <br />Shearan seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />The Clerk presented a request for a Variance to Ordinance No.21A to convey <br />by a metes and bounds description from Ernest A. Apitz to Keith and Jane <br />Apitz. <br />Because the Planning and Zoning Board Members could not clearly define the <br />property this concerns, with the description provided, they asked to <br />have this matter referred to the Attorney and will consider the request <br />when a clear definition of the property is provided along with a definite <br />use plan of the land in question. <br />Mr. Kelling moved to adjourn at 8:45 P.M.
