-5- MAY 21, 1975 <br />Mr. Amundsen was asked if the sign permit application No. 35 for <br />United Tire meets with the requirements as outlined in the ordinance? <br />Mr. Amundsen said that it meets with all requirements and would recommend <br />approval. <br />Mr. Kelling moved to recommend to the Council that Sign Permit No. 35 <br />be granted to Mr. Ronald Rasmussen dba United Tire to be located at <br />8351 Lake Drive, Lino Lakes. Motion seconded by Mr. Nadeau. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Karth informed the Board Members that Mr. Randall, Emil Jandirc's <br />attorney, had called him to request a special P E Z meeting, since <br />the information did not get to the Engineer before this meeting (refer <br />to April minutes, Page 2, paragraph 8). <br />Mr. Nadeau moved to deny this request and have Mr. Jandric and his <br />Attorney come to the regularly scheduled meeting on June 18, 1975 <br />to continue discussion of Mr. Jandric's request for a Variance. <br />Motion was seconded by Mr. Hill. Motion passed. <br />Mr. Hill moved to adjourn at 10:20 P.M., motion seconded by Mr. Shearan. Aye. <br />
