The <br />general opinion of the P & Z is that a Special Use Permit would be the <br />route to take. <br />The question of providing restroom facilities was brought up and it was <br />deceided that since this would be a 'casual' operation these facilities <br />would not be required. <br />Mr. and Mrs. Morehouse told the P & Z that they would not allow a lot of <br />"hot -rodding" and other such nuisances there and they explained that <br />this was a venture so that' Gary could earn .some side money while atterid- <br />i ng school and to help him decide'• what he wanted to ago whenhhe gr ac,ua w eu <br />open his own business or work for someone else. <br />Mr. Morehouse was told that he would <br />surrounding neighbors within 300" of <br />the lands were vacant. At the present time there are no ordinances <br />covering stables and no action is planned. <br />
