(3) <br />Mr. Jester moved to recommend to the Council that the petition of Nd Saddle <br />Club be denied a special use permit for a mobile home for use by the care- <br />taker as a residence. Seconded by Mr. Kerth. Motion carried. <br />The subject of mobile homes in the Village was once again discussed with the <br />purpose of eliminating all trailer homes that are not in trailer parks. <br />Mr. McLean moved to recommend to the Council that they repeal Ordinance #6, <br />Section 5, (d), (e), (f), (g) and (h) and replace this section with the <br />following ordinance: <br />No trailer or mobile home shall be located within the limits of the <br />Village outside of a trailer court except when the owner of a property <br />for which a valid building permit has been issued for construction <br />of a residence may locate said trailer or mobile home on that property <br />during construction for a period not to exceed 12 months. The trailer <br />or mobile home must be serviced by adeqUate water and sewer facilities. <br />Deviations from this ordinance may be made at the discretion of the <br />Village Council in cases of extreme hardship after a hearing before <br />and recommendations from the Board of Zoning. <br />Seconded by Mr. Jester. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Jester moved to adjourn at 10:40, seconded by Mr. Stanley. Carried. <br />
