Since the timing for sewer in this area is unknown, they felt <br />that having half of these lots sitting empty for X number of years is <br />unfeasible. <br />Mr. Blackbird said that the area had been approved for 118 apartment <br />units. This was approved on the basis of the soil borings done at <br />that time. t•lr. Rebbein felt if this Board indicated approval of build- <br />ing on every lot, then this would be allowed. <br />The Board thought that at this point the perc tests are the next step <br />that Mr. Rehbein should take. The Board felt that the borings that were <br />done for the other project were too old to be considered for the new <br />plat. <br />Mr. Rehbein said he would take care of this. He will also contact <br />Mr. Gotwald and will get back to the Planning and Zoning Board. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 P.M. <br />
