C) Consider Resolution No. 10-24,Rice Creek Watershed District LIDAR Products, 164 License Agreement- Community Development Director Grochala explained that staff is requesting 165 approval of an agreement that will allow the city to receive information through the watershed district's 166 light detection system that collects topographic data. There is no cost for the services as long as the city 167 doesn't resell the information. 168 169 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Resolution No. 10-24 as presented.
