(4) Dec. 19, 1973 <br />Mr. McLean moved to require all commitments in one package before any action is <br />taken regarding this as a permanent building. Seconded by ar. Karth. Motion <br />carried. <br />'Ir. McLean presented a sign permit application from the Lino Lion's Club for a <br />'ign at Hank's Cafe. This is an informational sign. After discussion of this, <br />Shearen moved to recommend approval of this sign application. Seconded by <br />Hill. Motion carried. <br />Starr had some changes to present to the Board in conjunction with the <br />C_=nprehensive Land Use Map. Also, the meetings have been re -scheduled for Jan. <br />2. 1974 and Jan. 10, 1974 for the hearings for this plan. The Board listened <br />the changes and discussed their impact with 'Ir. Starr. <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:30 P.M. <br />
