-3 - November 20, 1974 The Board cautioned Mr. Alien on the problems he could expect to encounter living so far off of the road and Mr. Allen started that he was a farmer for many years and was well aware of the problems that winter brings in this area and that he is prepared to do most of his own snow removal. Under Old Business Mr. Marler read a letter that he had received from Mr. Starr on the board recommendation that he contact the Metro Council for some clarification on their housing proposal ret,iew process. Mr. Starr wrote a letter to Mr. John Doyle of the Metro Council stating the position of the City of Lino Lakes and he a,ked If a representative of the Metro Council could come to a Council Meeting in the near future to present the views and positions of the Netro Council. Mr. Doyle responded to Mr. Starr's letter stating that they would need a request from the City Council and would be more than happy to aopear before our City Council.
