CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-79 <br />APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN <br />WHEREAS, Renewal by Andersen has submitted a peddlers license application to the city <br />clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Renewal by Andersen has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of <br />the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for-profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, a background check on the company representatives who will be working in Lino <br />Lakes have been completed by the Public Safety Department; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />Leif Holelin, Michael Bolin, John Logan, Christopher Olson and Zachary Pinaire of Renewal by <br />Andersen are hereby authorized to vend for a period of six -months beginning August 15, 2017 <br />and ending February 15, 2017. <br />`— Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of August, 2017. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maher, Rafferty, Manthey, Kusterman, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Jeff Reine , ayor <br />
