CITY COUNCIL <br />AGENDA ITEM lE <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Lisa Hogstad-Osterhues, Deputy Clerk <br />MEETING DATE: August 14, 2017 <br />TOPIC: Resolution No. 17-79, Approving a Peddler License for <br />Renewal by Andersen <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br />BACKGROUND <br />Renewal by Andersen, 1920 County Road C West, Roseville, Minnesota has submitted a <br />peddler's license application to the city clerk's office. The company representatives who <br />will be working in Lino Lakes are Leif Holelin, Michael Bolin, John Logan, Christopher <br />Olson and Zachary Pinaire. They plan to travel through the Lino Lakes' neighborhoods <br />setting up appointments for free estimates. <br />The City has received all the necessary forms required to issue this company a license. <br />The Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has performed background checks and <br />indicated no reason to deny the application. <br />The application and all other required information is on file in the city clerk's office for <br />review. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve Resolution No. 17-79, Approving the issuance of a peddler license for Renewal <br />by Andersen for a six month period. <br />
