CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-86 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT <br />FOR HOULE ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for Final Plat approval for Houle <br />Addition hereafter referred to as "Development"; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the proposed "Development" based on <br />the following plans and information: <br />• Revised Civil Plans and Preliminary Plat prepared by Kaskaskia Engineering <br />Group, LLC dated August 15, 2017 <br />• Final Plat prepared by Kaskaskia Engineering Group, LLC received July 21, <br />2017; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on June 14, <br />2017 and the Board recommended approval of the Houle Addition Preliminary Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council the Preliminary Plat with Resolution No. 17-63; and <br />WHEREAS, Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and recommended approval of the <br />Houle Addition final plat at the August 9, 2017 meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed development is not considered premature and meets the <br />performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby makes the following: <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br />1. The final plat substantially conforms to the approved preliminary plat subject to the <br />conditions listed below. <br />2. The City Attorney shall approve the status of title/property ownership related to the <br />final plat subject to the conditions listed below. <br />3. A Development Agreement has been completed. <br />4. Conditions attached to approval of the preliminary plat have been fulfilled or <br />secured by the Development Agreement. <br />5. All fees, charges and escrow related to the preliminary or final plat have been paid <br />in full. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the final plat Houle Addition, subject to the following conditions: <br />1 <br />
