1. All comments from City Engineer letter dated August 3, 2017 shall be addressed. <br />2. All comments from Environmental Coordinator letter dated August 2, 2017 shall <br />be addressed. <br />3. A Development Agreement has been drafted by the City and shall be executed by <br />the City and the developer and recorded by the developer. <br />4. General Comments: <br />a. All plan sheets shall note the correct revision date. <br />5. Wetlands: <br />a. All plans and final plat shall be revised to reflect the WCA approved <br />delineated boundary. <br />6. Sheet 03, Preliminary Plat: <br />a. Under Notes, #2 shall be revised from 30' to 10'. <br />7. Sheet 04, Preliminary Plat: <br />a. Density chart shall be revised to include under "Other" the area of the <br />wetland buffer. <br />b. The legend indicates a shaded area for "Contiguous Buildable Area" but <br />the plans do not show the same shading. Please revise. <br />8. Final Plat <br />a. An updated title commitment (within 3 months) shall be provided. <br />b.
