She encouraged the council to vote <br /> 20 against any such proposal. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br /> L 23 <br /> 24 Mayor Reinert presented a City of Lino Lakes Certificate of Recognition to Nicole Wennen, Lino <br /> 25 Lakes resident, in recognition of her receipt of the Girl Scouts of America Gold Award. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 SETTING THE AGENDA <br /> 28 <br /> 29 The agenda was approved as presented. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Council Member Gallup moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items 1 A through 1I, as presented. <br /> 34 Council Member Rafferty seconded the motion.
