Annual 2009 Audit, LarsonAllen LLP—Finance Director Rolek introduced auditors Craig <br /> 75 Popenhagen and Michelle Bruley of the LarsonAllen LLP auditing firm. Mr. Popenhagen and Ms. <br /> 76 Bruley briefly presented the results of the city's 2009 annual audit. The council had received a more <br /> 77 detailed review of the audit at the pre-council work session. The auditors noted that the city's <br /> 78 financial position is in a better place than average, it has a good fund balance, a positive cash <br /> 79 position, as well as positive net assets. The recent improvement in the city's bond rating was noted <br /> 80 by a council member. <br /> 81 <br /> 82 Council Member O'Donnell moved to accept the results of the 2009 Audit as presented. Council <br /> 83 Member Roeser seconded the motion. Motion adopted upon a unanimous voice vote. <br /> 84 <br /> 85 ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT REPORT,DAN TESCH <br /> 86 3A. Consider Resolution No. 10-53,Approving renewal of On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor <br /> 87 license with Sunday Sales for Red OakSteaks & Wine, 566 Lilac Street—City Clerk Bartell <br /> 88 reported that all regular liquor licenses in the city expire on June 30, 2010. The council considered <br /> 89 requests for renewal of most of the city's liquor licenses at the June 14, 2010 city council meeting. <br /> 90 At that time, the application for Red Oak Steaks & Wine was not complete.
