She urged <br /> 20 the council to fill two vacant positions in the police department. The city is well served by the <br /> 21 department. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 SETTING THE AGENDA <br /> 24 <br /> 25 The agenda was approved as presented. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items 1 A through 1I. <br /> 30 Council Member Gallup seconded the motion.
