COUNCIL MINUTES <br />October 9, 2017 <br />APPROVED <br />176 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 17-113 as presented. Council <br />177 Member Manthey seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />178 6G) Consider Resolution No. 17-115 Approving Intersection Control Evaluation (ICE) <br />179 Report for Centerville Road (CSAH 21/CSAH 59) at Ash Street (CR T)/Wilkinson Lake Blvd. — <br />180 Chuck Rickert, WSB & Associates, reported. He noted the council's discussion at the last work <br />181 session. They are recommending a roundabout at the Centerville Road location (to be planned <br />182 through the county and in conjunction with adjoining communities). When funding becomes <br />183 available, the project can move forward. <br />184 Mayor Reinert asked about timing for the project. Community Development Director Grochala noted <br />185 that other community's approval will be requested and funding will be sought. The county will be <br />186 approached as well. The city's part will play out in its capital improvement program. <br />187 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 17-115 as presented. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />189 611) Consider Resolution No. 17-116 Approving a Traffic Policy for the City of Lino Lakes — <br />190 Chuck Rickert, WSB & Associates, reported. The policy and it's inception was reviewed thoroughly at <br />191 the last council work session. This will formalize many of the policies that staff is currently using to <br />192 review traffic situations, <br />193 Council Member Manthey moved to approve Resolution No. 17-116 as presented. Council Member <br />194 Kusterman seconded the motion.
