Accept Resignation of City Administrator Gordon Heitke—Mayor Bergeson reported <br /> 64 that City Administrator Heitke has tendered his resignation, effective March 13, 2009. He has <br /> 65 accepted a position with another city. The council is grateful for Mr. Heitke's years of service <br /> 66 and will be formally honoring him at a future council meeting. <br /> 67 <br /> 68 Council Member Stoltz moved to accept Mr. Heitke's resignation. Council Member O'Donnell <br /> 69 seconded the motion. First Reading of Ordinance No. 02-09, Amending Subdivision Ordinance for <br /> 83 Housekeeping and Consistency with City Code <br /> 84 Reading and roll call required <br /> 85 <br /> 86 City Planner Smyser reported that the primary reason for updating the subdivision regulations in <br /> 87 the city code is to bring them into consistency with the updating of entire city code. The <br /> 88 ordinance before the council is basically housekeeping items recommended by the code attorney. <br /> 89 After a public hearing, the Planning and Zoning Board has approved the update.
