Item 6A had been withdrawn from the agenda. <br /> 23 <br /> __24 SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br /> 25 <br /> 26 A pen set was presented to City Administrator Gordon Heitke. On behalf of the City of Lino <br /> 27 Lakes, the Mayor offered thanks to Mr. Heitke for his five years of service and acknowledged his <br /> 28 contributions. Mr. Heitke thanked the council for the opportunity to serve the city. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Council Member Reinert moved to approve the Consent Agenda. Council Member Gallup <br /> 33 seconded the motion. Motion carried.
