Approval of Resolution No. 09-14, Accepting Plans and Specifications, <br /> 80 Authorizing Bids, 2009 Overlay Project <br /> 81 <br /> 82 Engineer Studenski reported that each year,based on data included in the City's Payment <br /> 83 Management Plan, the city establishes a street overlay project. This year's project <br /> 84 recommendations were presented to the council. Mr. Studenski reviewed the proposed project <br /> 85 areas utilizing an overhead projection. <br /> 86 <br /> 87 Council Member Gallup moved to approve Resolution No. 09-14 as presented.
