Therefore the agenda was <br /> 23 amended to remove Items 8A, 8B and 8C to be considered at a future meeting <br /> 24 <br /> 25 CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve the Consent Agenda. Council Member Gallup <br /> 28 seconded the motion.
