Consider Resolution No. 09-115, Adopting the 2010 Recreation Fund Budget <br /> 93 <br /> 94 Finance Director Rolek explained that Resolution No. 09-115 represents the 2010 operating <br /> 95 budget for the city's Recreation Fund. This fund operates exclusively through recreation program <br /> 96 revenues. <br /> 97 <br /> 98 Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve Resolution No. 09-115 as presented. Council <br /> 99 Member Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br /> 100 <br /> 101 ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT REPORT,DAN TESCH <br /> 102 3A. Consideration of 2010 Centennial Fire District Budget <br /> 103 <br /> 104 Finance Director Rolek noted that the Fire District budget presented has been reviewed by the <br /> 105 council previously. It has been adopted by the other represented cities, Circle Pines and <br /> 106 Centerville. <br /> 107 <br /> 108 Council Member Reinert moved to approve the 2010 Centennial Fire District Budget as <br /> 109 presented. Council Member Gallup seconded the motion. Consider Resolution No. 09-107, Establishing EDAC Members as Liaisons to the <br /> 125 Economic Development Authority <br /> 126 <br /> 127 Economic Development Coordinator Divine recalled that the council and EDAC (Economic <br /> 128 Development Advisory Committee)considered and approved the concept of adding EDAC <br /> 129 members to the city's Economic Development Authority (EDA). The council directed that those <br /> 130 members be non-voting or liaisons to the group. The resolution before the council authorizes the <br /> 31 EDA to appoint up to two members. <br /> 3 <br />
