The Master Plan identifies the future vision for Wargo <br />Nature Center and the goals, strategies, including physical <br />improvements, to achieve that vision. Implementing <br />the plan will take continued effort in terms of staff time <br />and funding and is intended to be phased over time, as <br />resources are available. This chapter addresses phasing, <br />funding resources, costs and to implement the plan. The <br />chapter is divided into four sections. The operational plan <br />addresses timing and actions for the 'softcape' elements of <br />the plan: staffing, marketing, and operations. The phasing <br />plan addresses physical improvements, the 'hardscape' <br />elements.
