There being no one present wishing to speak, the public <br />100 hearing was closed. <br />101 i) Consider Resolution No. 17441, Adopting the Final 2017 Tax Levy, Collectible in 2018 <br />102 Council Member Manthey moved to approve Resolution No. 17441 as presented. Council Member <br />103 Kusterman seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />104 ii) Consider Resolution No. 17442, Adopting the Final 2018 General Fund Operating <br />105 Budget <br />106 <br />107 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 17442, as presented. Council Member <br />108 Manthey seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />109 iii) Consider Resolution No. 17443, Adopting the 2018 Water and Sewer Operating <br />110 Budgets <br />111 Council Member Maher moved to approve Resolution No. 17443 as presented. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />113 iv) Consider Resolution No. 17444, Adopting the 2018 Recreation Fund Budget <br />114 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolutions No. 17444 as presented. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />116 2B) Consider Resolution No. 17445, Amending the 2017 General Operating Budget —Finance <br />117 Director Cotton reported that staff has reviewed the 2017 budget to date and is presenting an action to <br />118 amend that budget based on review. <br />119 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 17445 as presented. Council Member <br />120 Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />121 2C) Consider Resolution No. 17446, Committing Specific Revenue Sources in Special <br />122 Revenue Funds —Finance Director Cotton explained that the resolution commits resources to certain <br />123 funds as called for by government accounting standards. <br />124 Council Member Maher moved to approve Resolution No. 17446 as presented.
