He pointed out <br />the importance of a water management plan in a city with so many water resources. <br />Council Member Stoesz asked about the load reduction retrofit. Ms. Thompson explained the <br />enhancement of treatment strategies. <br />Council Member Manthey remarked on the inclusion of graphics in the report. He found that useful <br />and encourages residents to review the information so they can better understand impacts on bodies of <br />water that are nearby. <br />Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Resolution No. 18-02 as presented. Council Member <br />Manthey seconded the motion.
