COUNCIL MINUTES <br />January 8, 2018 <br />88 3D) Consider Pay Increase for PT Scanner Operator — Administrator Karlson explained the <br />89 recommendation for a pay increase to cover the pension contribution that becomes required at a <br />90 certain point in city employment. <br />91 Mayor Reinert asked staff for an estimate of the completion of the Laserfiche project. City Clerk <br />92 Bartell explained the progress to date, focusing on the property records, and plans for the future. <br />93 Council Member Maher moved to approve the pay adjustment as recommended. The requested <br />108 vacation relates to expansion of the All Seasons Rental facilities. The property involved is <br />109 essentially being replatted to facilitate the expansion and addition of property. As part of that, the <br />110 existing easements are proposed to be vacated and reestablished on the new plat. <br />111 Mayor Reinert opened the public hearing. <br />112 There being no one present wishing to speak, the public hearing was closed. <br />113 Council Member Maher moved to approve the lst Reading of Ordinance No. 01-18 as presented. <br />114 Council Member Manthey seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />115 6B) Consider Resolution 18-01, Approving Utility Fee Refund for Lot 1, Block 1, Chavez <br />116 Preserve — City Engineer Hankee reviewed the written staff report. This development has been <br />117 approved by the council. Staff is recommending a refund based on the status of home in question of <br />118 having paid one unit of utility fees. <br />119 Council Member Manthey moved to approve Resolution No. 18-01 as presented. Council Member <br />120 Maher seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />121 6C) Consider Resolution 18-02, Approving Draft Local Water Management Plan and <br />122 Authorizing Submittal to Water Management Organizations for review — City Engineer Hankee <br />123 & Katy Thompson of WSB & Associates presented the plan.
