<br />The next step is for the Council to consider setting the Public Hearings. Public hearing notices <br />would be mailed to the property owners which will include the proposed assessment amount <br />and public hearing date and time. At the public hearing staff will present the special assessment <br />cost analysis. After the public hearing there is a 60 day period before the Council may take <br />action. <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff is recommending approval of: <br /> <br />i.
