CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-149 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS (AMENDING MAY 8, <br />2017 FEASIBILITY REPORT), WEST SHADOW LAKE AREA AND LAMOTTE AREA <br />STREET AND UTILITY PROJECTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 17-135 and 17-136 adopted by the council on <br />November 27, 2017, a report amendment has been prepared by WSB & Associates, Inc., with <br />reference to the West Shadow Lake Area and LaMotte Area Street and Utility Project, to include <br />the making of improvements for the extension of municipal utilities, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this report amendment was received by the council on December 11, 2017, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the report amendment provides information regarding whether the proposed <br />project is necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Cou ncil of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />accepts the amended feasibility report, prepared by WSB & Associates, Inc., dated December 11, <br />2017. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11th day of December, 2017. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br />_______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
