Administrator Karlson noted that the closed meeting <br />21 scheduled after the meeting has been cancelled due to weather. <br />22 <br />23 SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br />24 <br />25 The special presentation was postponed to February 12. <br />26 <br />27 CONSENT AGENDA <br />28 <br />29 Council Member Stoesz moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items 1 A through IF as presented. <br />30 Council Member Manthey seconded the motion.
