Sushi that plans to <br />63 open about March 1 at 730 Apollo Drive. Their application process is complete, the related fees have <br />64 been paid and insurance information has been provided to the City as required. In accordance with <br />65 the Lino Lakes Code of Ordinances, this application requires approval by the City Council. <br />66 <br />67 Council Member Mamney moved to approve Resolution No. 18-09 as presented. Council Member <br />68 Maher seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />69 <br />70 PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />71 <br />72 There was no report from the Public Safety Department, <br />73 <br />74 PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />75 <br />76 There was no report from the Public Services Department. <br />77 <br />78 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />79 <br />80 6A) Public Hearing: West Shadow Lake Area Municipal Utility Extension — City Engineer <br />81 Diane Hankee reviewed a PowerPoint presentation that included information on the following: <br />82 <br />83 - Map showing project area; <br />84 - Neighborhood meeting was held at which details were discussed; <br />85 - Staff is ready to submit permits to watershed and Army Corps of Engineers; <br />86 - Council will receive an update on designs at next work session; <br />87 - With roadway project under consideration, it is appropriate to consider the addition of <br />88 municipal utilities; the area includes some aged systems; <br />89 - Review of proposed improvements; <br />90 - Water and sewer lines proposed drawn on a map; <br />
