COUNCIL MINUTES January 12, 2015 <br />DRAFT <br />of a company that is really the best of the best in this area. Council Member Stoesz asked why this 181 <br />increase wasn’t available for discussion at the last work session and Mr. Grochala explained that the 182 <br />amount was just recently finalized. Council Member Rafferty concurred that this request is 183 <br />reasonable; he added that he hopes the bid process will go in a positive direction. 184 <br /> 185 <br />Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Resolution No. 15-04 as presented. Council Member 186 <br />Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote; Council Member Roeser was absent. 187 <br /> 188 <br />6B) Resolution No. 15-05, Authorizing Preparation of Plans and Specifications for the 2015 189 <br />Street Reconstruction Project- Community Development Director Grochala explained that moving 190 <br />to plans and specifications is the next step in this project. WSB Engineering has submitted a 191 <br />proposal to provide the services. He noted the schedule for the Reconstruction Project. 192 <br /> 193 <br />Mayor Reinert noted that there was recently a public hearing held for the residents; there were some 194 <br />questions and he wants to make sure they are being answered. City Engineer Hankee noted that 195 <br />updated information is being provided on the city website. Council Member Rafferty noted that he 196 <br />has reached out to the residents on the cul-de-sac to discuss that situation. 197 <br /> 198 <br />Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 15-05 as presented. Council Member 199 <br />Stoesz seconded the motion.
