The following are our review <br />comments that should be responded to in writing by the applicant. <br /> <br />GRADING, EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL <br /> <br />1. No further comments. <br /> <br />STORMWATER MANAGEMENT <br /> <br />1. The Declaration for Maintenance Agreement needs to include the City of Lino Lakes <br />along with RCWD; please revise. The Declaration for Maintenance Agreement shall <br />include an attachment “Maintenance Plans” outlining and providing direction on long <br />term maintenance of the infiltration basin, vegetation, and appurtenances. <br /> <br />FLOODPLAIN <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall obtain a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) from FEMA. <br /> <br />2. Block 4, Lots 5 through 7 – 100-year flood elevation from Pond 1 encroaches onto <br />private property, please confirm and adjust if necessary. <br /> <br />WETLANDS <br /> <br />1. No further comments. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> <br />1. No further comments.
