No further comments. <br /> <br />SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM <br /> <br />1. C2.1 has a roadway section for Birch Street. This shall be approved by Anoka County <br />and will likely require an additional bituminous lift. <br /> <br />STORM SEWER SYSTEM <br /> <br />1. No further comments. <br /> <br />TRANSPORTATION <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall supply a haul route plan. <br /> <br />FINAL PLAT <br /> <br />1. Outlot C shall have a Drainage and Utility easement over it. <br /> <br />2. The plat shall include right of way to the south property line for future extension. The <br />Conservation easement shall be modified to exclude this area. <br /> <br />3. The 40 feet wide drainage and utility easement over the emergency access/trail and <br />easement over SAN MH 1 and the pipe between SAN MH 1 and SAN MH 2 shall be <br />submitted to the City for review and once approved recorded. The easement between <br />SAN MH 1 and SAN MH 2 shall be shown in the plans. <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />1. US Corps of Engineers wetland delineation <br />4. MDH for Water System <br />5. MPCA/MCES Sanitary Sewer Extension – Received
