The development is a single family residential subdivision located north of CSAH 34 <br />(Birch Street) and east of Hokah Drive. The approved preliminary plat was for 35 lots. The <br />submitted final plat was for 36 lots. At the October 3, 2016 Council Work Session, the Council <br />indicated they would not support 36 lots. On October 12, 2016, the Planning & Zoning Board <br />recommended approval of 35 lots as well. <br /> <br />The applicant requested an extension until February 28, 2017 and resubmitted the final plat with <br />35 lots on February 1, 2017.
